Why I am not a Muslim any longerThis is a featured page

My name is Rajesh Kumar. I was born in a Pakistani
conservative Ahl-e-Hadith Muslim family on November
26, 1973 inHyderabad, Pakistan. My eldest brother gave
me aMuslim name. Having passed 28 years of my life in
thorough Islamic background, I did comprehensive
research on all the sects of Islam for over 16 years in
compliance with my dear father's order "Study your
religion yourself and make your own decisions. Keep
the hereafter in your mind". However, as I could feel the
compulsion of my father to stay a Muslim for unknown
reasons and got the clue that he wanted me to find the
truth on my own. At the end of the sixteenth year, I was
sure tha either I was a mentally retarded person who
could not understand Islam's philosophy even after such
along time under the guidance of renowned Muslim
Ulema (Scholars) or that Islam was a false and unethical
man made religion. My findings and debates are on my this
blog, which Ihave launched in a period of at least one year.

Having found that, I studied other religions for about 6
years and now I am a firm follower of Hinduism as my
last and final decision finding Hinduism to be the wisest,
most ethical, (though difficult) and true Dharma that
leads to the realization of the eternal, transcendental
being, the Lord of all universes.

My conversion gave me immensely hard time in my
county Pakistan, the well known selfish and terrorist
state of the world. Yet I managed to stay alive by
contacting other Hindu citizens and rational high
officials of Pakistan, India, America and Canada.
I am working voluntarily for Hindu and ex-Muslim
organizations including Faith Freedom International,
Canada and Divine Life Society, presided by His
Divine Grace, Sri Swami Sivnanda Ji Maharaj, India.

I took my Masters Degree in Commerce from the
University of Sindh, Jamshoro Pakistan and now I hold
a lump sum of 14 years of experience working in
prominent Higher education Institutes of My city.
I am the writer of 5 national prize winning books and an
authorized public speaker and workshop conductor.

Currently, I am running a campaign known as Dhrma
Raksha Yudh, which primarily targets Islam as a false,
hate-fuilled religion and Muslims as the core terrorists.

I want to congratulate you for finding out the path you are satisfied with. This is much better than following a religion blindly. I also appreciate your concern for Islam, but please don't worry about it, Islam is not propagating any hate rather it is a source of satisfaction for billions of muslims and indirectly to other non- muslims.

Very minute people are transgressing by nature everywhere, that's why the need for a rational and practical religion like Islam. Idea of Islam is very simply expressed in one line from Prophet Muhammad saying: "No body is superior to any other human being except in piety and noble character". So, it is not the idea of Islam to denigrate or oppress other religions. Islam would be the only religion which allowed people from other religion to cohabit peacefully with them, history is replete with these examples. Islam gave protection to 'Jews' when they were persecuted by Christians. Islam gives civil rights to people of other faith and preaches to respect their beliefs.

Anyway, lastly I'd just translate a verse from Qur'an from Surah Al- Kafiroon which says : "ay: O disbelievers! (1) I worship not that which ye worship; (2) Nor worship ye that which I worship. (3) And I shall not worship that which ye worship. (4) Nor will ye worship that which I worship. (5) Unto you your religion, and unto me my religion".

Peace be on to you!

Syed Raza
